I design, code and make pit stops at coffee shops to fuel adventures. I do what I love to do in beautiful New York City, and talk about it on Twitter. Also, I occasionally post on Tumblr.

Red Bull ArtographDesigned at Carrot Creative.
Red Bull Artograph is a web-based project allowing Red Bull sponsored athletes to virtually sign autographs onto images uploaded by their fans. The project consisted of three major parts: front-end desktop, back-end/CMS desktop, and mobile web. Working with two other designers, I was in charge of designing the back-end/CMS view.

Red Bull Party PhotosDesigned at Carrot Creative.
Red Bull Party Photos is an online gallery of images taken from major Red Bull sponsored events. It allows users to connect to Facebook and tag themselves or friends on a photo. I designed the UI (wireframing) and helped in the art direction.

MTV Music MeterDesigned at Carrot Creative.
The MTV Music Meter is a daily list of artists trending right now — available for the iPhone, iPad and Android. Discover these artists and others like them through audio samples, photos, recent tweets, news articles, and bios. Or chart your own discovery path by searching through over 1 million artists.

Carrot.isDesigned at Carrot Creative.
Carrot.is showcases the entire Carrot Creative team and aggregates all of their biographies, social networks, and work histories within each team member's profile page. Eventually, this site will include sub-sections such as Carrot.is/hiring. Stay tuned!

The Daily Show app for Windows Phone 7Designed at MTV/Comedy Central.
The Daily Show app provides related quotes, videos, topics, TV schedule and Twitter streams. I designed the visual identity and assisted in the UI. Although the app received mixed reviews, I considered it a great challenge to design an interactive app for a phone not yet released.

CentrlCentrl, formerly known as Unype, was a location-based social network with a web platform and mobile app. To support their "18-30 year olds" target demographic, I developed a friendly visual identity. I designed the webpages and coded the front-end. Also I created graphics and iconography for their mobile app. Centrl is no longer available; but the experience was valuable since I was the sole designer and handled all HTML and CSS.

Promotional Leave-BehindUndergraduate project.
When I was a wee lassie fresh out of college, I created a brochure for potential employers, which contained my resume and some of my work. The goal was to set a memorable impression with something so small yet abundant in valuable information.

Chicago Conservation Corps.Undergraduate project.
The Chicago Conservation Corps. — part of the Department of Environment — had asked students to deliver new logo concepts. It needed to incorporate the "four elements of nature": fire, water, air and earth. Also, it needed to depict the act of recycling. I used colors and iconography to reflect the elements, while giving the illusion of circular movement to represent recycling. Although none of these concepts became the final logo, they were considered second best and then purchased.

PuppyLuvUndergraduate project.
This project showcases my illustration skills. PuppyLuv is a fictitious toy dog exhibition; and these are concepts for large advertising banners to be hung. The dog illustrations were hand-drawn, scanned and digitally rendered.
